WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM?

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for shipping within the US. Estimated arrival time is based on destination and includes processing and carrier transit time. If your item does not arrive by 10 business days please contact Help@BlincInc.com or call us at 1-877-454-7763.

OVERNIGHT/2ND DAY DELIVERY Orders must be placed before 1 pm EST to be processed on the same business day. Makeup Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

We can fulfill & ship an order anywhere in the world and you will be charged in US$.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

We want you to be totally satisfied with your order, however we understand if a product doesn't work out and want to make sure the return is as painless as possible.

ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN
You may return product within 30 days from the ship date, for a refund on the purchase price, minus shipping & handling, and other discounts that may have applied to your original purchase. We cannot take returns on overly used products or products not purchased online at Blincinc.com. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card use for payment. Purchases of gift certificates and sale items cannot be returned for a refund.

To return items to Blincinc.com please follow these steps:
- Contact customer service at 1-877-454-7763 or email us at help@BlincInc.com to obtain a Return Form.
- Complete the "Return Form" and place it inside the return package.
- Pack and seal the products you are returning securely (in the original package if possible)
- Affix the Return Label provided to the outside of your return package.

We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit.

IN STORE PURCHASE RETURN
If you purchased a product at one of our Sephora Store Locations or any other retailer location, please return it to that retailer where it was purchased. Sorry, but we can only accept returns of products purchased at Blincinc.com. Please read our Refund Policy for more information.

ARE BLINC PRODUCTS CRUELTY-FREE?

Our products are cruelty-free and also free of parabens, sulfates, phthalates and more (as specified on each product page).

ARE YOR PRODUCTS MADE IN CHINA?

None of our formulas are made in China. Blinc is a predominantly US brand, but in the cosmetics world, various countries have certain expertise, so a few of our fomulas are made in other countries. We do however purchase some of our packaging from China.
